What is "Dialogues on Diversity?"
Dialogues on Diversity is a diversity training and consulting company that is focused on empowering public and private institutions, companies, and academia to maximize their human resource potential by gaining understanding about the diversity that make up their workplace or campus. We accomplish this through diversity workshops, intercultural training, and multicultural awareness training.

The United States has been called a "A country of immigrants". In 21st Century America this idea has never been truer. Current cultural and social trends have us at the cusp of seismic social shift, which we will experience in our lifetime. Though there may be a multitude of strong and difficult individual feelings around the changing face of America; the fact is that any business or institution that does anticipate these shifts and adapt runs the risk of being left in the last century.

"DOD" was a direct outgrowth of the success and popularity of the social justice comedy "The Black–Jew Dialogues". This two man multi-media comedy was written to take a funny, yet unflinching look at the nature of bigotry and racism in America. Though written as a theatre show, requests from community groups and colleges overwhelmed the duo. After the performance and discussion with the audience, many in attendance asked for multicultural, diversity, and anti-racism workshops. The eventual evolution of those workshops is now the freestanding entity "Dialogues on Diversity".

Our goal is to educate leaders and managers how to recognize and take advantage of these emerging trends while also helping them identify and address personal behaviors and ideas that may hold them back. Another benefit of these workshops is the team building that it provides as co-workers and leaders of your institution or company gain a deeper understanding of the people they work with everyday.
